The RISE Story
RISE began with my own lived experience — a season where I felt misaligned, unseen, and carrying more than anyone around me realized. I was navigating expectations that didn’t match my values, environments that didn’t honor clarity, and leadership patterns that left me questioning my worth and my place.
I didn’t have the language for what I was experiencing. I only knew something was off.
As I began healing, I started naming what was happening beneath the surface—the emotional residue, the misalignment, the pressure to perform without support, and the quiet ways culture shapes how people show up. Clarity became my way forward. It helped me understand myself, reclaim my voice, and rebuild my confidence.
From that clarity, RISE was born.
RISE is the framework I needed to make sense of my own experience. It’s built to help leaders understand what’s happening within them, around them, and inside their culture — so they can lead with steadiness instead of survival.
